A story of terrible animal cruelty. The USPCA are offering a reward of £500 for information leading to a successful prosecution following the grim discovery of a terrier type dog's body from the Newry Canal. The unfortunate animal was deliberately weighted down with a brick tied to its lead in an apparent attempt to conceal its remains.
