Journalist and blogger @McCambridgeJ speaks frankly about his mental health battles

Jonny McCambridge has held senior roles in Northern Ireland journalism for many years. But he's revealed in his blog his long struggle with mental health issues. Those problems reached their peak in recent years when he ended up in hospital and at risk of being sectioned. His blog also reveals being told as a teenager by a doctor to pull himself together and get on with things. Jonny joined us on the programme this morning.
