Saluting the Work of World Vision in South Sudan ahead of World Humanitarian day

Saturday the 19th of August is World Humanitarian Day. Humanitarianism is rather a complicated task for people who help other people in need especially during conflicts and disasters.

World Vision, the International Christian Charity group has had a presence in South Sudan since 1989, and is working closely with the World Food Program to get food and basic services to communities in need.

In the run up to World Humanitarian Day, the organization’s Country Director, Perry M. Mansfield spoke to Radio Miraya Reporter, Philip Wani about the organisations work in South Sudan.
