In a wide-ranging interview, Connecticut state Sen. Joe Markley is predicting that the state will have a budget by Labor Day, though it may include Democrat-supported tax hikes. The senator also talked about a bill he supported but did not come up for a vote on using taxpayers money to buy art work.
