Cape Coral Police VIN Unit Takes Down Another Marijuana Dealer

(August 16, 2017) - The Cape Coral Police Department's Vice, Intelligence and Narcotics (VIN) Unit has busted another marijuana dealer selling within 1,000 feet of a school.

On August 15, 2017 detectives with the VIN Unit along with officers from the Street Crimes Unit located and arrested Kelly Meadley (DOB: 2-12-79) after an investigation involving undercover buys of marijuana from Meadley. Meadley's vehicle, which was used to sell drugs, was also impounded. 

Meadley was charged with sale of marijuana (2 counts), sale of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana under 20 grams (3 counts), possession of drug paraphernalia (3 counts), possession of a vehicle for sale of narcotics (2 counts), and owning/leasing a structure for the sale of narcotics. Meadley was transported to the Lee County Jail.
