Equal marriage debate back to the politicians after landmark court rulings - but can deal be done?

Two landmark rulings on equal marriage in NI yesterday. A judge decided that social policy in Northern Ireland was a matter for the Assembly and not the courts. It was a day of deep disappointment for some after years of legal battles. So - it's back to the politicians. But can a deal be done?
