A Kent HR manager says the new GCSE grading system could confuse employers. Students will now get a score from one to nine in Maths and English, instead of the traditional letter grades - and it'll soon be rolled out across all subjects. But some businesses say they haven't been given enough information about the changes. Janine Blower is from Facts International in Ashford.
