The Nolan Show can reveal that thousands of calls to a vital welfare support line were missed on just one day last week. The Discretionary Support Line is supposed to help some of the most vulnerable people in Northern Ireland. But last Monday, thousands of calls went unanswered. The SDLP MLA Patsy McGlone has told us that staff are overwhelmed with the number of calls they're dealing with.
