£70 million of planned cuts to the health service; members of the public -- like you listening this morning -- being asked where they would wield the axe; no Assembly; no Executive; no health minister. The word 'crisis' is overused, but if this isn't a crisis in our health service, what is? Doctors say we need a minister, now. So what are our politicians going to do about it?
