Casual worker loses hand to industrial machine,demands compensation

A 28 year old youngman, Kalilu Fofonou, whose right hand was cut off from the shoulder level by the industrial machine he was operating , has appealed to Nigerian governments and well meaning individuals in the country to assist him to get justice from an Indian Firm in Lagos which he was working for when the accident occurred.

Kalilu who has reported the matter to an NGO in Lagos known as Centre for the Defence of Human Rights and Democracy in Africa, wants his employer to among other demands fully compensate him for the permanent disability.
