Concerns over rise in heroin use - SDLP's Nichola Mallon reacts

There's been a year on year rise in people seeking help for heroin addiction in Belfast. Figures from the Belfast Trust seem to back-up a perception that heroin is a growing problem in the city. There are currently 45 individuals on a waiting list for Oral Substitution Therapy in Belfast alone.
