Are shared space projects dangerous?

More and more councils are looking at shared spaces to improve the aesthetics of our town and city centres.
The charity Guide Dogs are now 1 of many organisations that believe they are dangerous to pedestrians and that planners are not listening to public concerns. RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Helen Honsvet, from Guide Dogs, to find out why they are calling for a monitorium on proposed projects and concrete guidelines on their construction, from the Westminster Government. @RNIBConnect
