The horrific events of August 12, 2017 resulted in one death, countless injuries, and a rip through the heart of a city. But Charlottesville, VA is greater than the event that helped place it on the map of many Americans. Our host Gretel Truong knows full well the beauty, strength, and dignity of the town that is home to her Alma Mater, the University of Virginia, and part of the birthplace of our nation.
