Local man so desperate to lose weight has flown to Eastern Europe for life-changing surgery

You all know how Stephen struggles with his weight and he's talked about it many times on this show. He's lost stones and he's put them all back on again. It really is a daily battle. Well one County Antrim man has been on the same road as Stephen. But 47 year old Paul Houston from Broughshane, just outside Ballymena, has decided enough is enough. He travelled to Lithuania to have a gastric sleeve operation. And Stephen spoke to him just before he was wheeled into surgery yesterday afternoon.
