Daughter desperate to access home care package for her mother

Yesterday we heard from Marlene who had contacted the show over the difficulty in trying to get a much needed care package for her 90-year-old grandmother - to allow her to see out her days at home. Stephen has also been speaking to Anne, she has been trying to get a care package for her 87-year-old mother who has been in hospital after having a stroke.
