90yo Ella is still waiting for a home care package - @vinnybelafst visited her at her nursing home

On Tuesday we brought you the story of 90 year old Ella Killow. After sometime in hospital the Belfast Trust were unable to provide a care package for her to return home. So instead, she's in a nursing home. Both Ella and her family want her to see out her days surrounded by friends and family. Vinny has been out to see Ella, her daughter Nancy and granddaughter Marlene, and we got reaction from Eddie Lynch, Commissioner for Older People in Northern Ireland.
