Residents in Belfast's Holyland area angry after no fines handed out to students over Fresher's Week anti-social behaviour

Belfast City Council has defended not issuing any fines last month for on-street drinking in the Holyland by saying they have adopted a "graduated response" to the problem. The council says that means they're advising students of the law during the freshers' period and "warning them that they could be prosecuted " for anti-social behaviour. But after years of sleepless nights residents aren't happy and say that doesn't go far enough. Stephen spoke to Ray Farley from the Holyland Residents' Association and commentator Heidi McAlpin.
