Kent Fire and Rescue Service are helping ambulance crews in Kent educate the public on the importance of CPR before paramedics arrive at an emergency. The emergency services are teaming up for Restart a Heart week, which sees a series of workshops take place across the county to teach people what to do if someone suffers a cardiac arrest. Less than one in ten people survive a heart attack. Neil Parr from the fire service wants to improve those figures.
