Belfast City Council to discuss whether annual St Patrick's Day concert should be axed over health and safety concerns

The yearly St Patrick's Day concert could be axed under proposals put forward by the council on health and safety grounds. The city's Growth and Regeneration Committee are being asked to agree the changes at a meeting tonight. Would you miss what is a very popular event if it was cancelled?
