Kent County Council have launched a new five year scheme to help pupils between ages 10 and 16 be more resilient to lives challenges. The projected called HeadStart will help secondary school pupils tackle mental health issues at the early stages, as well as train teachers to spot early signs of anxiety and depression. Roger Gough is the man in charge of children's services in Kent. He says pressures have heightened in recent years.
