BYU defensive back Marvin Hifo cited for open container

BYU defensive back Marvin Hifo was cited early Saturday morning for having an open container of alcohol in a teammate's vehicle. His teammate, redshirt linebacker Francis Bernard, was charged on the suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
