Book Nook - NYC in the 2000s, Beatles

Episode 205,   Oct 25, 2017, 09:00 AM

Patrick just finished two books and wants to share them with you. The first is "Meet me in the Bathroom," by Lizzy Goodman, an oral history of the New York music scene in the 2000s, which brought us the Strokes, Vampire Weekend, Interpol, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, LCD Soundsystem and many other cool indie bands. The second book is "You Never Give me Your Money" by Peter Doggett, about the business and legal battles of the Beatles after they broke up.
