Customs Apapa seizes smuggled goods worth several millions of naira

The Nigeria Customs Service will before the end of this year deploy it's two surveillance ships named the, "Customs Pride and Group of Nine", for combating smugglers within the Lagos waters.

Customs Area Controller , Western Marine Command, Apapa Lagos , Comptroller Sarkin Kebbi, who made this known at a news briefing to announce major seizures made by the command, said adequate measure have have been put in place to ride both land and water routes of criminal elements involved in smuggling.
