Diabetes on the rise in South Sudan

A sharp increase in diabetes has been witnessed in urban as well as rural areas of South Sudan.

While there are no immediate statistics to show the number of diabetic patients, health workers are increasingly getting concerned at the number of people testing positive for diabetes.

Joyce Guo Modi, a diabetic educator in South Sudan, revealed this to Sworo Charles Elisha.
