US Top Diplomat ends “Constructive and fruitful” meeting with President Kiir

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, ended talks with President Salva Kiir this morning.

Presidential Special Advisor, Nhial Deng Nhial, told Journalists in Juba that Ambassador Haley held an open meeting with the President and senior officials.

She then held a closed door one-on-one meeting with President Kiir.

Nhial said both meetings were constructive and fruitful.
