Budding authors in Kent are being asked to try re-writing a classic story by Kent's own Charles Dickens - but for children. The author lived in Higham near Rochester - where many of his novels were set. Lucy Banks won last year's competition and is now on the judging panel for this year's re-telling of A Christmas Carol. She thinks the Kent links will help tell the story in a new way.
