Commuters are being encouraged to keep an eye out for anyone looking vulnerable at train stations in Kent - and have a chat with them... Network Rail and the Samaritans have teamed up for their new Small Talk Saves Lives campaign. It's hoped it'll take people's mind of negative thoughts.
