Show us the money - where is the cash from the DUP-Tory deal promised for mental health and deprivation?

As is often the case in Northern Ireland, it is the most vulnerable in our community who this programme needs to fight to give a voice to today. This centres around the DUP's deal with the Tories to keep them in government. The £1billion agreement was broken down - we were told where the money would be allocated. Simple question to the DUP this morning: where is the money. There was £50 million announced this week for health and education. But what about the promise for mental health services? Where is the timetable? Where is the announcement? Where is the year one money? Stephen spoke to UUP MLA Mike Nesbitt and Dr Philip McGarry - consultant psychiatrist and former chair of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in Northern Ireland.
