A Scottish man jailed in India for more than 4 years is set to be released after charges against him were thrown out.

Ex-soldier Billy Irving, from Argyll, is one of the Chennai Six, who were locked up for weapons offences.

The 37 year-old was detained while working on an anti-piracy ship, which drifted into the country's waters.
