At 0- 11, the Cleveland Browns are five losses away from becoming the first NFL team since the 2008 Detroit Lions to finish a season without a win. One fan thinks that calls for a parade. CBS Sports reports that Chris McNeal has filed paperwork with the City of Cleveland to hold a parade if the team finishes 0-16.

The "perfect season" celebration, as McNeal has dubbed it, will take place outside the Browns' stadium on January 6. He's also holding a fundraiser to cover expenses for toilets and medics at the celebration. McNeal actually filed similar paperwork last year, only to see the Browns win one game late in the season.

Chris was interviewed by morning hosts - Brian & LeeAnn of Cleveland's Country station 99.5 WGAR just recently.
