Phone Problems (1 Feb)

When decorating the bathroom, I accidentally snapped a phone cable, rendering my landline (and broadband) useless. A series of phone calls, texts and voicemail messages did not inspire confidence in the ability of BT to repair it anytime soon. At one point I could have sworn I was told they don't do appointments, just issue 'commitment dates.' I was at a low ebb, but so - by the sound of it - was the person leaving this message. She was not having a 'great day' either. Recorded Wed 1 February 2012.
