LISTEN: Jo James, Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce - 02/12/17

We're being encouraged to shop locally in Kent today as part of Small Business Saturday. The event's now in its fifth year and usually falls on the first weekend in December to combat internet and brands having the monopoly on sales. Jo James is from the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce who support small businesses. She says we need to commit to smaller companies all year round too.
