Gov: Mr. Trump's visit is "monumental"

Gov. Gary Herbert, R-Utah, tells the Doug Wright Show on KSL Newsradio that the visit of President Donald Trump on Monday is truly "monumental." Mr. Trump is in Salt Lake City to announce he is reducing the size of both Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments.
