With just 18 days to Christmas, the Christmas mood is high and the excitement is high. But as the day draws closer, the best Christmas package that can be delivered to each and every South Sudanese citizen is Peace.

The National capital Juba has been divided into five zones to ease monitoring and security surveillance during the busy festive season. Col James Dak, Acting Spokesperson of the South Sudan Police Service says these measures will work alongside the closed-circuit television surveillance or CCTV cameras launched by President Salva Kiir this week and additional security measures.

Col. Dak was hosted on Miraya Breakfast Show to explain more about the security arrangements.
