LISTEN: Poppy Eden who had a brain tumour - 15/12/17

A schoolgirl from Chatham who had to give up her love of dance to treat a brain tumour is hoping to raise awareness about the lack of money spent on its research. 11-year-old Poppy Eden eventually discovered she was ill in 2016 after years of headaches and sickness. She's now fully recovered and getting back on stage for the Maidstone Panto Peter Pan which opens tonight. She's hoping her story will make others aware. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to brain tumours.
