Warning from Irish government that London and Dublin may have to make decisions for NI if power-sharing cannot be restored

Ireland's foreign affairs minister Simon Coveney has said that if a government isn't formed in Northern Ireland - it could trigger another election - or even decisions being made by London and Dublin. So could a form of joint authority be on the cards? And is that what we need for decisions to be made? Or would that be a breach of the Good Friday Agreement Simon Coveney said that we should be 'looking back' at? Stephen got the views of SDLP MLA Claire Hanna and TUV leader Jim Allister.
