Manchester City extended their record winning run with a 16th straight Premier League victory over Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday. It was another reminder from City of their dominance as Pep Guardiola's side continue to race towards the title. For Tottenham and manager Mauricio Pochettino, the result sees them slide down to seventh, three points behind the coveted fourth place and entry to next season's Uefa Champions League. City's lead at the top stayed at 11 points though, after Manchester United registered a narrow 2-1 win at West Bromwich Albion. Third-placed Chelsea kept pace with United after a single-goal victory over Southampton, while Liverpool's attacking stars were out in force with a 4-0 win at Bournemouth. West Ham United continue to improve under David Moyes -- victory at Stoke City making it seven points from their past three matches to move up to 15th. It's a similar story at Crystal Palace, who under Roy Hodgson have climbed off the bottom of the table to surge to 14th after an impressive win at in-form Leicester City. This week's Extra Time podcast, featuring Jon Turner and Graham Caygill, looks at all these talking points from the latest weekend in the Premier League.
