A national charity has launched a new online ‘live chat’ service for victims of crime in Kent. The service from Victim Support is aimed at people who struggle to talk over the phone or in person. It will run alongside services already provided by the charity, such as referrals to support networks. David Naylor is Contract Manager for Victim Support in Kent.
