Season of Giving Reveal; Casi Joy in Studio; Promotions Closet Game: SHOWcast 12/21/2017

Jen is back on #TheShowKC today - she's feeling better. Good timing, too. We were busy with Casi Joy coming by to say hi and talk about her appearance at our New Year's Eve party at the Uptown Theatre. And of course we couldn't resist asking Casi about meeting a Backstreet Boy (Kevin) when she sang the national anthem at last week's Chiefs game. Turns out Kevin's wife is from KC and he's a big Chiefs fan. Then, Danny Z from Country Hill Motors came by to wrap up the 10th Annual Season of Giving. We received more than 1,300 letters of nomination for families to receive one of three life changing gifts. Today, we called Carol, a single mom of 5 whose husband passed away recently, and awarded her a mini-van filled with toys for her family. Listen to the letters of love that her friend Dawn and mother in law wrote to share...we dare you not to cry! What a great way to nearly draw the season to a close...See you Friday!
