South Sudanese Students stranded with no food in Harare

More than 40 South Sudanese students have for the past five – days camped at the South Sudan embassy in Harare, Zimbabwe after they were denied food and accommodation by the university administration.
This stems from the accumulated unpaid tuition fees by the government of South Sudan.
Mid this year, the Minister of Higher Education Yien Oral Lam was in Harare to negotiate an arrangement to allow the students continue with their studies, pending payment of their tuition arrears.
