A new primary school teacher in Chatham is wanting more people to switch careers into education like she did. Sarah Sargent has been selected as ambassador supporting the national Get into Teaching campaign... part of the government's mission to reduce the shortage of teachers. The former children's keyworker says it's rewarding work. In January last year, more than 1500 people in the South East registered their interest to make the career change.
