Dashcam released from December police shooting on I-15

The Utah County Sheriff's Office says a bystander hit by a stray bullet during a police shooting along I-15 in freeway was likely shot by police. Dashcam video shows a driver fired three rounds at four deputies and a Spanish Fork police officer. They responded with a burst of roughly 50 rounds.
