Targets for cancer waiting times have again been missed in Northern Ireland. Latest figures from the Department of Health show that last September - only 62% of patients with an urgent referral - started their first treatment within 62 days. The target is 95%. Vinny got reaction from Roisin Foster, Chief Executive of Cancer Focus NI.
