Anti-human trafficking unit blames bad traditions for increase in human trafficking

The head of the anti-human trafficking and migrant smuggling unit warns that cultural practices are largely to blame for increasing cases of human trafficking in South Sudan. 

The International Labor Organization estimates that human trafficking rakes in $150 billion a year and that there are 20.9 million trafficking victims worldwide. 

So how is south Sudan responding to the problem of Human trafficking?
