The Update - 16/01/2018

Police in California are investigating the treatment of thirteen siblings who were allegedly held prisoner in their home.  Their parents have been charged with torturing some of their children - aged between 2 and 29. Officers were alerted by a 17 year-old who escaped to raise the alarm.
