Alan Schaefer: Banding People Together

Alan Schaefer is an accomplished speaker, songwriter, recording artist, consultant, entrepreneur, author and the CEO/founder of the Atlanta based consulting firm Banding People Together.
Organizations such as Netflix, Verizon, Microsoft, ESPN, NASA, Hilton, Cisco and SunTrust engage Banding to help create high performance leaders, teams and cultures.
In addition to successfully building and selling an online media company, Alan has rocked U.S. servicemen and women in 15 countries (including Iraq) as the front man of the band Five Star Iris. Some of his honors include performing at the Pentagon, winning the United Kingdom Songwriting Competition, being awarded Marriott's Bill Tiefel Award and performing the National Anthem on national television.
Alan earned a B.S. in Communications from Florida International University.
