Would YOU pay more, for a better NHS?

Labour MP Chuka Umunna says 'we are going to have to contribute more if we want the NHS to continue doing - what we expect it to.' 

This comes after countless reports of cancelled operations, increased waiting times and horror stories from our A&E departments.  He goes on to say - 'most people would be prepared to pay more to fund the NHS'.
