A Leaked Recording of a Conversation between Omar Suleiman and Gaddafi

Leaked by Libyan sources, the recording is sort of cementing of a secret pact between Libyan and Egyptian policies. The underlining tone is the creation of a virtual freedom in order to control the "Silent Majority". Its authenticity is not yet certain, however for those that can understand it reveals a lot about how sinister Omar Suleiman really is.
