Utah parks to reopen as government shutdown ends

Staff will return to national parks and public land offices in Utah after a weekend government shutdown. KSL Newsradio's Dave Cawley visited Bryce Canyon National Park during the shutdown and spoke with Jeff Caplan about what he saw there.
