Milk&More milkman Ian Beardwell

A milkman is being hailed a hero after he disrupted a burglary in Southfields.

Ian Beardwell was on his early morning round when he noticed the door to a property was open.  

The house belonged to Sasha Rickerd and her 5 year old daughter, who had been sleeping upstairs.  

Ian, who works out of the Wimbledon based Milk & More depot, stayed with Ms Rickerd until police arrived.
